Refunds

Refund Requests After Service Use
FlyProxy provides digital services that may be activated immediately after purchase.
The availability of a refund within the initial fourteen (14) day period is not affected by service activation or usage.

2. Accounts suspended or terminated due to illegal or prohibited activities.
3. Violations of the Terms of Use or acceptable use policies.
4. Expiration of the purchased service plan.
5. Service performance consistent with the applicable service level agreement.
6. Network quality or speed limitations caused by third-party Internet service providers.
7. Client-side software compatibility issues or third-party software limitations.
About Return Shipping
As FlyProxy provides intangible digital services, shipping fees and shipping refunds do not apply.
